The Victorian Multicultural Emergency Management Partnership (MEMP) is an award-winning initiative that bridges the gap between multicultural communities and the emergency management sector.

Creating Safe Shelter Spaces: Insights from Multicultural Communities in Victoria.  MEMP Community Advisors collaborated to provide clear, practical recommendations to ensure emergency relief centres are culturally safe and accessible.

Multicultural Emergency Management Partnership (MEMP) is a unique community of trusted leaders and members from multicultural communities, emergency management agencies, and other supportive organisations. MEMP works together to make communities safer and more resilient during emergencies like floods, fires, and extreme weather by connecting and supporting each other.
